Hi im with tesco house insurance and whilst moving house i dropped my laptop,is it worth claiming.?
My excess is 100 pound,i was worried if i claim will my insurance go up much next year?
Personally, I would not claim…………Let us say you buy a replacement for £350, you are only benefiting from £250 claim…..Your insurance premium will increase(definitely) and it really is not worth it…..check your policy…you might not even be covered for accidental damage.
Put it in a drawer….and if you have any reason to claim in the future, you could include it in that claim maybe……..!!
